Do you rent out your own home, apartment or a separate room and would you like to make the possibilities of home automation available to your guests during their stay? Then xxter BnB is the solution for you. This will allow you to make up to 3 rooms or apartments available for guests and you can decide exactly for what period they should have access to their apartment. In a separate secure environment you can check in and manage your guests reservations. With a QR code or special link you can provide your guests access to the controls of their apartment. With this QR code or link, you can also include the WiFi login information to automatically connect to your network.
Xxter BnB is available as a separate license for 1, 2 or 3 rooms. Please contact your installation professional for an appropriate offer.

For hotels we offer the hotel solution, allowing you to make all the automation options for the hotel rooms available to your guests. For hotels it is possible to provide your guests with a personalized environment where they can find information regarding their visit. For instance, to inform them about special offers, extra services, the restaurant menu or whatever you want.
Using a secured environment, the hotelier can check in the guest in one of the rooms and provide the QR-code to the guest, for instance via email or on paper. This will give the guest direct access to the controls of their room and provides access to the WiFi network of the hotel.
The xxter hotel solution is available as a special license based on the amount of rooms. Please contact our sales department or your installation professional for an appropriate offer.
