Camera & Intercom

xxter integrates seamlessly with most of the commonly used camera system and IP intercoms. This allows you to not only look at your cameras and communicate from within the xxter app, but it is also possible to control the cameras with the home or building automation. For instance, it is possible to make a snapshot and send these per email or push message when something happens within the home or move a camera to a preset position based on a trigger or event.

Camera integration

xxter supports network cameras with RTSP, MotionJPEG or with individual images in the app. This makes it possible to view network cameras directly in the app, without additional software. It is of course possible to display these images in full-screen mode. Various models even support pan, tilt and zoom control. Together with the full-screen display, the quadrant display and the carousel display, this completes the camera support.

Intercom control

Combine xxter with a Mobotix, Robin, 2N or Doorbird intercom system to turn your phone or tablet into an intercom. You not only see who is at the door, but also communicate with your visit. Of course you can also open your front door immediately.

  • DTMF-codes possible for access and door control
  • Many other intercom systems can be connected through a telephone option and a SIP converter
