With the Pairot you can make the KNX installation of every home available for Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. The Pairot acts as a bridge and allows you to use an Apple device, the Amazon Echo and Google Home to control your home or check the current status. This allows easy voice commands to control for instance the lights or thermostat. The Pairot has a built-in KNX tunnel connection, allowing the Pairot to be used to perform the KNX programming. The Pairot is provided through certified KNX professionals. The consumer retail price of the Pairot is € 565,- ex. VAT and provides certified support for all three voice assistants. Supported component types

The range of possibilities depends on whether you want to use Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. For HomeKit you can choose from several apps, like the Home app from Apple, to visualize your home. With HomeKit you can control your home with the voice assistant Siri on the iPad, iPhone, Apple watch, AppleTV and also with the HomePod. In case you have an Amazon Echo or Google Home, you can use voice commands for Alexa or the Google Assistant to control your home. Alexa and Google Home are available in only a few languages and support only a modest set of components. As soon as Amazon and Google extend their functionalities, Pairot will quickly add the support for these features through a free firmware update. Currently the following components are supported:

The security of Pairot

The Pairot is a certified product for KNX, as well as for Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa and Google Home. Future expansions in functionality, for instance to support new functionalities for the different assistants, will be made available free of charge. Together with these updates, we will immediately make sure your Pairot is up to date with the latest security measures and privacy protection. All connections and data of the Pairot are encrypted using the latest encryption techniques, to make sure unauthorized people cannot gain access. xxter itself also has no access to your home and treats your personal information with the greatest care. Your data is never shared with third parties and will only be used for the purpose for which you provided it. Your project information is stored with secured backups, to allow you to retrieve your data if you need to.
